Last updated 31 October 2026

This notice explains what happens to the details you give us through macsorleys.co.uk, and which cookies the site uses. MacSorley's, 42 Jamaica Street, Glasgow G1 4QG, is responsible for your information. If you have a question about it, email info@macsorleys.co.uk or call 0141 248 7629.

When you contact us

If you send a message through our contact form, we receive your name, phone number, email address, what your enquiry is about, your message, and, for table bookings, the date and number of people if you give them.

We use these details only to reply to you and to arrange your booking or gig. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and on taking steps you've asked for before a booking. We never sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Messages are delivered to our inbox by a secure form service, which keeps a copy for up to 12 months. We keep enquiry emails only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry.

The site remembers small preferences, such as your cookie choice, in your browser.
